Payment policy

At Velvenna, we accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as leading digital wallets: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, UnionPay, Maestro, and PayPal.

Payment & billing

When you place an order on our site, your card is charged immediately in USD at the time of purchase, not at the time of dispatch. Payment must be received in full before your order is shipped. We currently process payments securely through Shopify Payments.

Cancellations & refunds

If you wish to cancel an order for a refund before it ships, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at contact@velvenna.com. Once an order has been dispatched, our standard Refund Policy applies. When a refund is issued, it is returned to your original payment method and typically takes 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Your payment information

Your full card number is never accessible to us. When your purchase is complete, we only see your billing and shipping information, your order details, and the last 4 digits of your card.
