Before your order ships
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund as long as they haven't been processed or dispatched yet. To request a cancellation, email us as soon as possible at contact@velvenna.com with your order number and the word "Cancel" in the subject line. We'll confirm by email.
After your order ships
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled — but you can return it after delivery under our 30-day return policy. See our Refund Policy for how returns and refunds work.

- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- A note that you'd like to cancel
