Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only, with free tracked shipping on every order.
How long does delivery take?
Most U.S. orders arrive within 6–10 business days — typically 1–2 business days to process and 5–8 business days in transit. You'll receive tracking by email once your order ships.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every U.S. order, with no minimum.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and hygiene seals intact. See our Refund Policy for full details.
How do I start a return?
Email contact@velvenna.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply within 1 business day with instructions. Please don't ship anything back before your return is approved.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a size chart. If you're between sizes or unsure, email us before ordering — we're happy to help you find the right fit so you don't have to buy multiple sizes.
How should I care for my pieces?
Hand wash cold or use a delicates cycle. Do not bleach or tumble dry. Reshape and lay flat to dry to protect the lace and elastic.
Is my order discreet?
Yes. Nothing on the outside of the package reveals what's inside.
